Ken & Emily

August 28, 2026

We're putting together the photo and video coverage for the day. A couple of minutes here means we know who you are, we won't miss you, and you get your photos.

Please pass this same link along to family, the wedding party, and anyone else who'll be there. One person, one form.

Only if it's different. This is what we'll call out when we're gathering people.
This tells us where you're likely to be and when we should be looking for you.
Where we'll send you the gallery link after the wedding. Only used on August 28, and only if we need to find you for a photo.
Which parts of the day will you be there for? Check everything that applies.
Are you in any of the formal group photos? These get shot in a tight window right after the ceremony. Knowing in advance is the difference between five minutes and twenty-five.
Optional, but it's the single most useful thing on this form. There will be roughly 150 people we've never met and a very short window for family photos. If we can match a name to a face, we can pull you into the right shot instead of asking the room who you are. A recent selfie is perfect.
So we can tag you and add you as a collaborator when photos go up after the wedding. Nothing gets posted on the day itself.

How do you feel about being posted?
Are you giving a toast, speech, or reading? If yes, we'll make sure a microphone is on you and a camera is pointed the right way before you stand up.
Examples: you'll have a small child with you, you'd rather not be photographed from one side, you need a seat close to the front, you're arriving late. Totally optional.
Write whatever you'd say if you had the microphone. We'll collect these and give them to the couple after the wedding. There will also be a message station at the reception if you'd rather say it on camera on the night — this is just in case the moment gets away from you.
